Offered at the following Webster locations:

St. Louis Home Campus | Geneva, Switzerland | Hua Hin/Cha-am, Thailand | Leiden, the Netherlands | London, United Kingdom | Vienna, Austria

This major is all about choice.

Students devise their own area of expertise in the communications field after gaining a solid foundation in media theory and production, and consulting with an academic advisor.

Media Communications majors could, for example, concentrate on the theory and history of media, combine journalism and photography, or merge advertising and public relations.

At the end of their program, students choose to either complete an internship in a professional setting or work with a faculty mentor on a senior overview centered on their interests, depending on the curriculum they've pursued.

School of Communications

Webster's School of Communications operates with one goal in mind - to educate and prepare its students to excel as skilled professionals in a global field of communications. To achieve this goal, the school takes a hands-on approach to learning. Students work with professional-grade media equipment as early as their freshman year.
