Transfer credit is generally granted for college-level courses completed with a passing grade. A maximum of 98 credit hours may be transferred toward the 128 hours required for a Webster bachelor’s degree.
Within those 98 hours, a maximum of 64 hours of college level coursework may be transferred from any combination of community colleges, standardized tests, or other lower-division institutions, if you have not completed an Associate degree.
If you have completed an Associate degree, you may transfer all of the college level coursework counted toward your Associate degree. If you've completed the associate degree's general education requirements, then you've completed Webster's general education requirements and are eligible to be admitted with third-year, or junior, status.
Community College Transfer Agreements
Webster has transfer agreements with most community colleges in the area of a given Webster campus. In the St. Louis (home campus) area, these include:

If you answer "yes" to these questions, we encourage you to attend a free informational presentations that explains the process of earning credit for your learning outside the classroom. Call the Office of Experiential and Individualized Learning at (314) 968-7047.
Transcript Evaluation
Courses completed with the grade of “D” may transfer with restrictions. Duplicate coursework does not transfer. At least 30 of the final 36 semester hours must be earned directly from Webster University.
Preliminary evaluation of transfer credit occurs during the admission and registration process. The Office of the Registrar conducts transcript evaluation but doesn't issue its official evaluation until a student is fully accepted.
