Although you learn a great deal about Webster University through this web site, it is impossible accurately simulate the feeling you will experience when you step foot on one of our campuses. By sitting in on classes, talking with professors, or just hanging out on campus, you'll get a real sense of whether Webster is right for you.

You can make your visit to Webster an active learning experience by participating fully. Tell us about yourself, don’t be afraid to ask questions, and look around carefully. Before you visit, take some time to prepare some questions you may wish to ask. Please feel free to dress casually, and wear comfortable walking shoes if you plan a campus tour.

When should I visit?

A campus tour and meeting with an admission representative are available at all times, but you will get the most accurate picture of student life and the best access to faculty if you visit while classes are in session, generally mid-August to mid-December, and mid-January-mid-May. Check the Academic Calendar (link to academic calendar) before you make flight arrangements. Weekend and summer visits are welcome, but may be more limited in scope.

What will I see and do?

Every campus visit is individually planned to meet the needs of each student. Here is a list of possibilities you may want to consider:

- A tour of campus facilities (library, housing, student center, etc.)
- A Meeting with an admission representative
- Sitting in on a class
- A Meeting with a faculty member
- A Meeting with an athletic coach (St. Louis campus only)
- Attending a campus activity, such as a play, concert, or athletic event

A campus visit may be as short as two hours or as long as a full day, depending on your interests and time availability. Our admission staff will make every effort to accommodate your needs and schedule.

How do I arrange my visit?

If you are planning to visit the St. Louis campus, contact International Recruitment and Services by telephone at 314-968-7433 or by email at intlstudy@webster.edu. To visit other Webster campuses, please contact the individual campus (link to ww campus page) you wish to visit.

Here's a list of questions that will help us plan the best visit for you:

- The date you wish to visit. Although we will do everything to accommodate your request, try to have an alternate date in mind.
- The time you plan to arrive on campus.
- Persons who will be accompanying you. Will you be alone, or coming with parents, other family members, or friends?
- Special interests. The more specific you can be when you request your appointment, with information such as academic area of interest and what you want to do during your stay, the better we can plan your visit.

We look forward to see you soon!
