Dance
Dance majors explore the spectrum of dance, from classical ballet to jazz and tap. It's an education complemented with classes in anatomy, choreography and composition, and costuming and construction.
Tony Award-winning choreographer and Webster University alumnus Jerry Mitchell presented a series of classes to Webster Conservatory students last November. Classes included a production forum, auditioning, a musical theatre styles dance class, composition classes and his observations and thoughts about directing in commercial theatre.
